What's in the box?

• Your beautiful hand-crafted new neon sign! An LED neon sign from Walls of Neon lights up and completely transforms your room or space. LED signs are mounted on an acrylic background which is a material that looks like glass, and is extremely durable.

• For your convenience, all of our signs come with wall mounting or ceiling mounting installation hardware and installation instructions included. Our signs are extremely easy to install!

• Our signs include a standard plug-in and power-supply (for your order region) and an additional 5ft of clear cable for your convenience. If you require a different plug-in type to your country delivery address, please leave a comment at checkout.

• As our signs are LED Neon, all of our products are completely automatable. We include a remote to control on/off, brightness and multiple effects if included in the order.

What are LED Neon Signs?

• LED stands for Light Emitting Diodes. An LED is a semiconductor device which emits light when an electric current is passed through it

• The LEDs are encased in a clear silicone jacket which looks very similar to neon glass tubing. The casing can also be dyed in color making the tubing color also prevalent when turned off.

• Walls of Neon signs are made of long-life LEDs which have a general MINIMUM life span minimum of 50,000 hours....that's 5 years if kept on 24/7! (This is up to 3x longer than traditional neon signs)

• LEDs are automatable, meaning they can be easily dimmed and flashed using a small control box automated with a remote control

• LED neon lights feature a cluster of LEDs mounted within a silicone tube. LED neon lights replicate the lighting effect of glass neon lights but do so more efficiently and more safely:

1. LED Neon does not fade over time and the tubing does not oxidize
2. LED Neon does not get hot and can be safely touched at any time
3. Our LED Neon signs do not contain breakable glass and is far more durable
4. LED Neon utilizes low voltage 24VDC power making it extremely safe and power efficient

• Our LED tubing is sturdily mounted on an acrylic background. This material looks like glass, and is extremely durable.

Warranty

All our sign comes with a 1-year warranty! In the rare case that the sign malfunctions within a year of purchase, we will replace it for you free of charge. Walls of Neon signs are made of long-life LEDs which have a general MINIMUM life span minimum of 50,000 hours.... that's 5 years if kept on 24/7! If the sign arrives broken or defective, we will replace it for you free of charge. If this is the case, please send a photo/video proof of the defect to customer service and we will immediately produce a new piece for you.

Returns

Your satisfaction is guaranteed! In the rare event you are not 100% satisfied with your sign, simply return the sign in good condition to our factory within 30-days for a full refund. If there is any issue at all, please contact customer service and we will look to rectify!

Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide! As our signs are handmade once we receive your order, please allow 8-10 business days for all orders to be made and shipped. Your order's tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. SHIPPING NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have recently experienced a slow-down in shipping times to certain countries. Current shipping times are one to two weeks.
